Nervous System Supports

A woman with long, wavy brown hair wearing headphones, facing a large window with a grid pattern, possibly listening to music or a podcast.

At See Beyond, I offer two evidence-based programs that support regulation, calm, and resilience: the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and the Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP). Both are designed to help children, parents, and families manage stress, build capacity for emotional regulation, and reconnect with themselves and others.

You don’t have to rely on getting to appointments for access - you can access from the comfort of your home, any time of day that works for you.

Why Use the Protocols?

Both the Safe and Sound and Rest and Restore Protocols are designed to support regulation, calm, and resilience.

They can be used to help children manage challenges such as school refusal, high anxiety, emotional outbursts, or difficulty winding down, and to support parents experiencing burnout, stress, or overwhelm.

These programs aren’t quick fixes,

but they provide practical tools to bring the nervous system back into balance, making it easier to use other strategies and supports effectively.

All the strategies, therapies, supplements and tools in the world will go out the window, unless have a strong foundation in our nervous system to build upon.

Get Started

To get started, we’ll book in a Zoom session to go through all the best practices in using the programs.

You’ll complete an intake form, before our call, so I can help you determine what the right amount of listening time per session is (it does vary per person).

When we finish our call, you’ll have immediate access to the Protocol so you can start listening immediately.
